Coming from North I-275 South bound:
Take I-275 South to Exit #23A towards the Pier and Baywalk. Follow the signs to 4th Street North you will need to be in the right hand lane. You will come to a stop light at 5th Avenue North where you will make a right hand turn. Go to the second light at 1st Avenue North and make a right hand turn (this is a one way street, so you can only turn right). After you turn right onto 1st Avenue North stay in the left hand lane and go up to the intersection of 6th Street North and 1st Avenue North . We are located on the southwest corner of this intersection, you will see our building (three story building, beige color).

Coming from South I-275 North bound:
Take I-75 north to I-275 north. Go over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge to Exit #22 towards Tropicana Field. After exiting get in the left hand lane and follow the signs for 6th Street South . Turn left onto 6th Street South and go straight until you come to the intersection of 1st Avenue North and 6th Street North we are located on the southwest corner of this intersection, you will see our building (three story building, beige color); make a left hand turn onto 1st Avenue North (this is a one way street, so you can only turn left); after you turn left onto 1st Avenue North stay in the left hand lane.

Parking:
There are 1 hour parking spaces in front of the building on 6th Street North. There are 2 hour parking spaces along the side of the building on 1st Avenue North. In addition, there is a parking lot at the rear of the building. If you turn in the second driveway off 1 st Avenue North, parking spaces number 23 and 33 are for use by Hastings & Estreicher, P.A. guests and employees.
